I like the layout of this particular double page magazine spread because the bright orange being used dominates the whole article. The font is very bold and the black and white headings show  well on the orange background which draws the readers eyes immediately to the text rather than the images being used. The whole article is fairly colourful and bright which shows the reader the key pieces of the article.

This article is specially drawing the attention of the reader right to the word 'fashion' on the heading which is in red and contrasts well with the rest of the heading which is in black. The colour red is also represented in other parts of the spread such as the rose earrings, the red dress and the handbag which could be seen that these items are the most important part of the article. 

This double page spread draws the readers eyes immediately to the image of the woman in the centre of the article. The image of the woman is fairly bland except for the splash of pink they have used on her lips. The colour pink is also shows on a bright pink jacket and a pink lipstick which relinks it back to the centred image.
